            The Scottsboro City Board of Education requests a bid on the items or services specified herein.  The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to return any items or services purchased as a result of this quote which fail to meet specifications.  Some factors that may be used in our decision are: vendor’s commitment to providing a demonstrated ability to service the account, locality, and total extended bottom line price. 

All items or services purchased are to be used exclusively by Scottsboro City Schools; therefore no taxes are to be included.

Mandatory Pre-bid Meeting:

There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting held at 10:00 a.m on Thursday, May 2, 2024.  The meeting will be held at the Meadows Morris Field House , 102 Legion Drive, Scottsboro, Alabama.

Will be determined after board approval

Bidders must be licensed and insured.  Proof of each must be submitted with bid. 

Bidder is responsible for all cleanup and waste removal.

Bid Opening Date – Sealed bids will be opened on Thursday, May 9 at 10am at the Page Administration Building, 305 S. Scott St., Scottsboro AL, 35768.
