During the recent Scottsboro Board of Education meeting, board members accepted the resignation of Kennington Smith, Mental Health Coordinator and Jody Wright, second grade teacher. Board members also accepted the transfer of Ashley Whitney from Computer Technician to Data Manager.

Board members voted to employ Zach Beard as a second grade teacher; Kristen Perigo as a Special Education teacher; Mary Cook as SPED instructional assistant; Lisa Merck as CNP worker; and Alexie Venable as a Pre-K auxiliary teacher.
