Mrs. Mildred Lewis Corbitt, 80 of Scottsboro passed away on Tuesday, December 31, 2019. Funeral services were held on Saturday, January 4, 2020 at Scottsboro Funeral Home with burial following in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Corbitt is survived by her children, Linda (Ken) Frye, Roger (Delores) Corbitt, Scott Corbitt, Wayne Corbitt, Roy (LaDeana) Corbitt, Freddy (Mary) Corbitt, Bobby Corbitt, Nancy (Michael) West, Delaine (Kenny) O’Linger; 27 grandchildren; 47 great-grandchildren; sisters, Catherine Adkins, Cathy (Steve) Jeffery; brothers, Paul (Brenda) Lewis, Pete (Dorothy) Lewis, James (Cindy) Lewis, Mac Lewis.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ike Corbitt; children, Jenette Knight, Phyllis Dunn, Gene Corbitt; grandchild, Riley Corbitt; parents, Connie and Grace Lewis; sister, Joyce Ann Carter; brother, Gene Lewis; infant sister, Elizabeth Ann Lewis; infant brother, T.J. Lewis.
