Personnel changes made at Scottsboro Bd. of Ed.

During the recent Scottsboro Board of Education meeting, several personnel changes were approved.
Board members approved the following transfers: Paige Hodges from 10-month Assistant Principal at Scottsboro Junior High School to 10-month Assistant Principal at Scottsboro High School; Derek Borum from History Teacher to Assistant Principal at Scottsboro Junior High School; Mike Birmingham from CNP Worker at Collins Intermediate School to CNP Worker at Scottsboro Junior High School; Preston Carlson from CNP Worker at Scottsboro Junior High School to CNP Worker at Collins Intermediate School; Jacqueline Tate from ELL Instructional Assistant at Collins Intermediate School to ELL Specialist at all Scottsboro City Schools; Magan Willmon from Instructional Assistant at Nelson Elementary School to Pre-K Auxiliary Teacher; Nicole Anderton from Technology Integration Specialist to Director of Human Resources & Technology Integration Solutions; Allyn Russell from 10-month Assistant Principal at Scottsboro High School to 9-month Instructional Coach; Laura Teal from fifth grade teacher to Assistant Principal at Caldwell Elementary School; Ryan Dunaway from Counselor at Nelson Elementary School to Counselor at Collins Intermediate School; Angie Hood from first grade teacher to OSR Pre-K Lead Teacher; Paige Machen from Counselor at Collins Intermediate School to Counselor at Nelson Elementary School; and Betsy Parks from Art Teacher at Collins Intermediate School to EL teacher at Scottsboro High School.

Board members approved the following for employment: Adara Hartman as a first grade teacher; Hannah Vann as a fifth grade teacher; and Kaylee Vaught as a third grade teacher.
Resignations approved by the board included Erin Allen, Special Education Teacher at Scottsboro High School; Rhonda Hallman, SPED teacher for the Visually Impaired/Hearing Impaired at Nelson Elementary School; Donya Richardson, Instructional Assistant at Scottsboro Junior High School; and Paul Williams, Special Education Teacher at Scottsboro High School.

The Board approved the retirement of Diana Ashley, Custodian at Caldwell Elementary School; Kellie Thomas, second grade teacher at Caldwell Elementary School; and Rhonda Ware, Special Education teacher at Scottsboro High School.

Leaves approved included Meredith Belvin, first grade teacher; Laurie Jordan, bus driver; Memorie Moran, history teacher; and Brandy Whitmire, Computer Science teacher at Scottsboro Junior High.
