Mrs. Susan Mitchell Roberts, age 76 of Dutton, Alabama passed away October 14, 2023. She was born October 30, 1946.
Visitation will be held Monday, October 16, 2023 from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. and again Tuesday, October 17 from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Section Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 17, 2023 in the Section Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Chaney’s Chapel Cemetery.
Mrs. Roberts is survived by her sons, Bryan (Lynn) Roberts and Greg (Lee Ann) Roberts; grandchildren, Michael (Joan) Roberts, Jacob (Savannah) Johnson, Steven Johnson, Amber Stanley, and Brantley Roberts; great-grandchildren, Olivia Roberts, Lilli Johnson, Ezekiel Johnson, Teagan Johnson, Brynlee Chaney, and Braylee Bolton; sister, Dennie (Fred) Porter; special sister, Peggy Jenkins; and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Roberts was preceded in death by her husband, Homer Roberts Jr.; parents, Earl and Gertrude Mitchell; brother, Ray Mitchell; sisters, Louise Foshee and Earline Patterson; niece, Gayle Moores; and grandson, Drew Cornelison.
