Shirley Ann Stewart, age 77 of Scottsboro, passed away on January 12, 2026. Funeral services were held on Saturday, January 17, 2026 from the Scottsboro Funeral Home. Rev. Shannon Paschal, and Pete Hess officiated. Interment followed in the Long Acre Cemetery.
Mrs. Stewart is survived by her sisters, Geneva Patterson, Gail (Loyd) Dalton, Faye (James) Box, Sheila (Marshall) Evans, and Saprina Stewart; nieces and nephews, Salena Kennedy, Jessica Patterson, Tony Dalton, Jason Dalton, Stephanie Boozer, Anthony Boozer, Chasity Reel, Crystal Tolbert, Tabitha Kean, Felisha Bailey; Hank Blizzard, Mason McFall, Kiley Thomas, Brandon Thomas; and multiple great nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Stewart was preceded in death by her father, Claude Stewart; mother, Mary Hollis; brother, Paul Stewart; nephew, Spud Dalton; niece, Shannon Dalton; nephew, Bubba Boozer; nephew, Chris Boozer; great nephew, Zack Dalton; great nephew, Haven Dalton; in-law, Teto Patterson; in-law, Danny Reel; in-law, David Boozer.
