Peggy Geraldine Mantooth passed away on December 21, 2025. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, December 23, 2025 from the Rudder Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Dennis Johnson and Bro. David Crawford officiated. Interment followed in the Pinehaven Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Mantooth is survived by her husband, the love of her life, Bobby Mantooth; children, Trenda (Dennis) Johnson and Alan (Stephanie) Mantooth; grandchildren, Raeah (Wade) Etherton, Rachel (Sean) Porter, Justin Wilson, Laurel Mantooth; great grandchildren, Jamon Etherton, Gentry Etherton and Allie Rae Etherton; sisters, Joan (Warney) Steele, Betty (Stanley) Wilkinson, Phyllis (Wayne) Guess, Annette Smith; brothers, Kenny (Kathy) Johnson, Benny (Pat) Johnson, Larry (Amelia) Johnson; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Mantooth was preceded in death by her parents, JC and Mary Lou Johnson; and brother-in-law, David Smith.
Geraldine was a dedicated to serving the Lord and was grounded in her faith. She was known for her gentle spirit and love for her family, as well as her friends. She will be remembered for her devotion to the Lord and her family.
