Paul Thomas Lusk, Sr., age 77 of Scottsboro, passed away Monday, June 1, 2026. Funeral services were held on Thursday, June 4, 2026 from the Scottsboro Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Grady Cornelison officiated.
Interment followed in the Pinehaven Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Lusk is survived by his children, Sandra (Scott) Chism, Paul (Christy) Lusk and Craig Lusk; grandchildren, Jake (Shelby) Compton, Caitlin Lusk, Beth (Cody) Gass, Ann Lusk, Matthew Lusk, Jayden Lusk, Ava Nelson and Caitlin (Zach) Barber; great grandchildren, Maverick Compton, Maddox Compton and Crew Gass; siblings, Dwight (Chanda) Lusk, Gaylon Lusk and Patricia (Gerald) Thurmond; and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Lusk was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Chandler Lusk; siblings, Sylvia Martin, Carolyn Shelton, Richard H. Lusk, Jr., Larry Lusk and Deborah Medlock; and parents, Richard “Pete” Lusk, Sr. and Ruth Cornelison Lusk.
Mr. Lusk was born in Scottsboro, Alabama to Richard “Pete” and Ruth Cornelison Lusk on July 20, 1948.
After graduating from Scottsboro High School in 1967, he married Patricia Chandler on June 1, 1968. Paul loved time with his family, especially yearly family vacations in Pigeon Forge.
