Patricia Leigh Badger Hunnicutt, age 66 of Bridgeport, passed away on February 24, 2025.
Funeral services were held on Friday, February 27, 2026 from the Rudder Funeral Home Chapel. Zaye McCrary officiated.
Mrs. Hunnicutt is survived by her children, Melissa (Joshua Debter) Mathis, Alan (Falisha) Hunnicutt, and Matthew (Alanna) Hunnicutt; her grandchildren, Madison (Zaye) McCrary, Ashley (Levi) Raper, Paris Matthews, Gavin Mathis, Morgan (Alex) Browder, Jamie Hunnicutt, Taylor Hunnicutt , Addison Hunnicutt , Christopher Hunnicutt , Bryson Hunnicutt, Landen Hunnicutt, Marcus Hunnicutt, Micah Hunnicutt , Tristian Hunnicutt, and Evander Hunnicutt; her great-grandchildren, Adaline Raper, Lucy Raper and Harper McCrary; her siblings, Carol (Phil Tygart) Badger and Bill (Pamela Price) Badger; and her niece and nephew, Elizabeth Badger and Michael Badger. She was preceded in death by her parents. William Bailey Badger and Florence Walker Badger.
She was born on July 22, 1959, in Chicago, Illinois, to William Bailey Badger and Florence Walker Badger.
Patricia will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was known for her love, humor, kindness, strength, and fun-loving spirit. Her strong faith in God carried her throughout her life.
She had a deep love for her family and friends that will continue to be felt for many years to come.
