Pat Presley, age 80 of Section, passed away on August 16, 2025. Funeral services were held on Sunday, August 17, 2024 from the Davistown Baptist Church.
Mrs. Presley is survived by her daughter, Maderra (Russell) Lacey; grandchildren, Brett Shankles, Colby (Savannah) Shankles; great-grandchildren, Reece Shankles; siblings, Jimmy (Shirley) Culpepper; close niece and nephew, Brian Jones and Brittany Haynes; a host of nieces and nephews; and special family friend, Tracy Yerby.
Mrs. Presley was preceded in death by her husband, Tony Presley; parents, Hobb and Allie Culpepper; siblings, J.T. Culpepper, Ludell Long, Ray Culpepper, Billy Jack Culpepper and Hassil Culpepper.
Mrs. Presley was born on November 7th, 1944, to Hobb and Allie Culpepper. Pat was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. She married Tony Presley in 1965, and together they shared 40 beautiful years of marriage, building a life filled with love, faith, and family.
Mrs. Presley was known for her gentle spirit, kind heart, strong faith, and sweet, loving personality. She loved attending church and especially caring for her grandchildren and supporting them in all of their endeavors. Above all, her greatest joy was her family, and she cherished every moment spent with them.
Her love, faith, and kindness will remain in the hearts of all who knew her, and her memory will be treasured forever.
