Ovie Stone, 100 of Henagar passed away on Thursday, April 8, 2021 at her residence. Graveside services were held on Sunday, April 11, 2021 at Burnt Church Cemetery with Bro. Dewayne New officiating.
She is survived by her son, Buddy (Gail) Stone; daughter, Vickie (Braxton) Peek; sisters, Vera Smith, Genvia Martin; grandchildren, Marty Stone, Cynthia Wootten, Tammy White, Sonya Turner, Robert Peek; great-grandchildren, Ashton Peek, Tiffany Brown, Jessica Hood, Westley Stone, Makayla Turner, Andrew Wootten, Anna Wootten; great-great-grandchild, Rustin Brown; She was preceded in death by her parents, Johnny and Minnie Garmany; husband, William Stone; daughter, Billie Thomas; brother, Curtis Garmany; sister, Opal New, Nuel Stone, Sylbia Smith, Bessie Doss, Ruby Biddle.
