Dr. Horace David Smith, age 63, of Pisgah, passed away on Sunday, September 7, 2025. Funeral services were held on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 from the New Home Baptist Church. Bro. Phillip Dendy, Bro. Chris Guinn & Bro. John Wells officiated.
Dr. Smith is survived by his wife, Annette Johnson Smith; daughters, Elisabeth (David) Hall, Leah (Pieter) Loubser; grandchildren, Ivey Kate Hall and Ruby Loubser.
Dr. Smith was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Faith Hall; and parents, Gurney Smith and Nancy Smith.
