Doris Parks Davis Rust, age 84 of Grant, Alabama passed away Monday, January 19, 2026. Funeral services were held on Thursday, January 22, 2026 from the Grant Memorial Chapel. Edwin Parks officiated. Interment followed in the Panquin Cemetery.
Mrs. Rust is survived by her husband, Charles Rust; children, James (Julie) Davis, Sandra Etheredge, Teresa (Doug) Salmon and Mike (Belina) Davis; grandchildren, Trish (Nathan) Kilberry, Leah (Richard) Smith, Taryn (Daphne Fulford) Etheredge and Amy (Rob) Vermillion; five great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren; and brother, Charles Parks.
Mrs. Rust was preceded in death by her parents, Bud and Oma Parks; and brother, Anthony Parks.
Doris was born on September 20, 1941 to Leslie “Bud” and Oma Saint Parks. She worked for many years and retired from the Chrysler Corporation. She was loved by all.
