Don was a man of constant joy-always happy. He used his happiness as a gift given freely to all around him. He was a loving family man, known especially for his family cookouts. Another hobby Don excelled at was gardening. With a love for flying, Don became a pilot and rarely missed making the trip to Wisconsin for the Oshkosh Fly-In. In his professional life, Don spent many years as a government contractor and as the owner of Gradwell, working in many states and making many friends along the way.
