David “Buddy” Thompson, age 65, of Scottsboro passed away on Monday, September 8, 2025. A Memorial Service was held on Thursday, September 11, 2025 from the Scottsboro Funeral Home chapel.
Mr. Thompson is survived by his wife, Patsy Thompson; sons, John David (Tonya) Thompson, Eric (Leslie ) McGaha and Kevin Thompson; seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren; sister, Joy Parson; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Thompson was preceded in death by his daughter, Keisha Thompson.
