Mr. Clifford Ray Hutchens, age 71 of Paint Rock Valley, passed away on Monday, August 25th, 2025. Funeral services were held on Friday, August 29, 2025 from the Scottsboro Funeral Home Chapel. Interment followed in the Clay Cemetery.
Mr. Hutchens is survived by his wife of 51 years, Judy Hutchens; son, Jeffrey (Nichole) Hutchens; daughters, Michele (Dusty) Hall, Stephanie (Charlie) Brown; grandchildren, Alexis (Hunter), Kallie, Marley, Evan, Madalyn, Karlee, Rylee (Jaden) and Tyler.
Mr. Hutchens was preceded in death by his parents, John and Rosie Bell Hutchens; sister, Geraldine Maynard; brothers, Johnny, and Clyde Hutchens.
He worked for many years for Clemon’s Farm and enjoyed working with the cattle. He loved his family and friends, and never met a stranger. He loved the Lord most of all and enjoyed attending church, singing, and preaching the gospel. He was a good and faithful servant.
He attended Caves Spring Pentecostal Church. Clifford Ray Hutchens received The Holy Ghost in the Spring of 1980.
