Carolyn Kropf passed away on April 30, 2026. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 from the Scottsboro Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Dennis Dodson officiated.

Mrs. Kropf is survived by her loving husband, Bob Kropf; children, Sonia (Patrick Temple) Kropf, Chad (Nikki) Kropf; grandchildren, Matthew (Alexis) Kropf, Kyle McCrary, and Sean Kropf; great-grandchildren, Lily and Jaxon; sister-in-law, Betty Pritchett; as well as several nieces and nephews along with many other loving family members.

Mrs. Kropf was preceded in death by her parents, Bob and Mae Gamble Pritchett; sister, Una Pritchett Pace; and brothers, Edgar Pritchett, Charles Pritchett and James Henry Pritchett

She leaves behind a legacy defined by kindness, strength, and a deep devotion to the people and places she held close.

Throughout her life, Carolyn was known for her generous spirit and her ability to make others feel seen and valued. Whether through her work, her friendships, or the countless small acts of care she offered without hesitation, she created a sense of warmth wherever she went.

Carolyn approached life with sincerity and resilience. She embraced challenges with grace, celebrated joys with gratitude, and found meaning in the everyday moments that often go unnoticed.

Those fortunate enough to know her will remember her steady guidance, her thoughtful conversations, and the comfort of her gentle humor.

She will be deeply missed by family, friends, and all who were touched by her life.

Though her absence leaves an ache that cannot be filled, her memory will continue to inspire love, compassion, and connection in the lives she shaped.
