Bryon Buckner, age 62 of Scottsboro, passed away on Saturday, June 27, 2026. Funeral services were held on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 from the Scottsboro Funeral Home.
Bro. Nick West officiated. Interment followed in the Rice Cemetery, located in Belvidere, Tennessee.
Mr. Buckner is survived by his wife, Tammy Buckner; sons, Tommy Buckner and Kyle (Hannah) Buckner; daughter, Lisa (Dylan) Hereford; grandkids, Ava Buckner, Braylon Buckner, and Scarlett Hereford; brothers, Randy (Mary) Buckner, Danny (Virginia) Buckner, Tim (Connie) Buckner, and Doyle Buckner; sister, Nadine Maack; sisters in law, Donna Buckner and Susan Buckner; and brother-in-law, Dickie Gray.
Mr. Buckner was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Buckner and Ruby Buckner; brothers, Milton Buckner, Dwight Buckner, Bud Buckner, and Charles Buckner; infant twin brothers; sisters, Lanita Gray, Linda Buckner and Wilma Jean Buckner; sisters in law, Carolyn Buckner and Ruby Buckner; and brother-in-law, Paul Maack.
He was a loving husband, father, and papaw.
Bryon was a big Alabama football fan and enjoyed fishing and traveling.
