Brenda Dean Garner

Brenda Dean Garner, age 77 of Fackler, passed away Tuesday, September 23, 2025. Funeral services were held from the Maranatha Baptist Church on Thursday, September 25, 2025. Bro. Jeff Arnold, Bro. Dale Haynes and Bro. Chris Guinn officiated. Interment followed in the Inglish Cemetery.
Mrs. Garner is survived by her daughter, Sandra (Bernard) Miller; son, Tommy Garner; daughter, Amanda Wilkinson; grandchildren, Joseph (Destinee) Garner, Emily (Robert) Goins, Bradley Miller, Shawn Miller, Jonathan (Natalie)Wilkinson; great grandchildren, Serenity Stanford, Chanler Garner, Lexi Goins, Christopher Carroll, Jaxon Garner, Logan Goins, and Jerrhett Garner; sisters-in-law, Carolyn (Clayton) Swearengin, Sadie Miller, Dianne (Richard) Knight and Evalena Parker; as well as several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Mrs. Garner was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Garner; parents, Tom Dean and Emily Dean; sister, Jeanette Cornelison; daughter-in-law, Sue Garner; son-in-law, Leon Wilkinson; and grandson, Joshua Garner.
Brenda was a hardworking, devoted, and loving Christian mother. She spent her life raising her family and working. She worked for Fieldcrest-Cannon for 37 years and finished her career at Maples. Brenda loved the Lord, church, and good gospel singing. She loved her big family and the family gatherings.
