Mrs. Cecelia Diann Laney, age 73, of Section, Alabama, passed away on Thursday, September 10, 2026.
Funeral services were held on Monday, September 14, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Broad Street Church of Christ with Mr. Randy Brown officiating.
Burial followed at Kirk Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Laney is survived by her husband of 47 years, Larry Laney; son, Brad Laney; sisters, Katherine Dupree, Lee Curl, Edith Buchanan and Joyce Anderson; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her son, Alex Laney; parents, Roy and Mae Buchanan; and sisters, Helen Buchanan and Gaynell Dover.
