Sandra “Tan” Parker Webb of Scottsboro, passed away on Wednesday, June 24, 2026. Funeral services were held on Saturday, June 27, 2026 from the Rudder Funeral Home in Scottsboro. Bro. Gene Webb and Bro. Eddie Lynch officiated. Interment followed in the Hytop Cemetery.
Mrs. Webb is survived by her husband, Jesse Webb; son, Jerry (Benita) Parker; nine grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; brother, Ulus “Booty” (Glenda) Lynch; sisters, Doris Parker, Dora (Roy) Baugh; special niece, Wanda Rhinehart.
Mrs. Webb was preceded in death by her daughter, Carolyn Killingsworth; husband, Lester Parker; and parents, Walter Dewell Lynch and Annie G. Ott Lynch.
