Some of her daughter’s most cherished childhood memories are of the times she spent with her and her brother laughing, playing, and always joining in on the fun.

Whether it was telling a joke to make her family and friends laugh, or climbing up to the high dive on a warm day, she never hesitated to jump right in.

She would flip and dive with a joy that matched her fearless personality, reminding us all to embrace life with courage, excitement, and a dedication to having fun.

Her heart was full of compassion, and she always chose kindness and understanding.

Alongside that gentleness was a spirited soul and a sharp wit that made her unforgettable.

She could light up a room with her humor and keep everyone smiling with her quick remarks.

She could make any situation more lighthearted for everyone and never made others feel left out.

shirley found peace and happiness in the simple things, especially in the beauty of nature.

She loved her flowers and cherished the time she spent outside, surrounded by the beauty of God’s creation.

Those quiet moments reflected the deep faith she carried in her heart.

Above all, she had a strong and personal relationship with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Her faith was unwavering. She knew scripture by heart and lived it daily through her actions, her love, and her grace.
