Eddie Ray O’Neal, age 77, of Bridgeport, passed away on Thursday, October, 30, 2025. Funeral services were held on Sunday, November 2, 2025, from the Scottsboro Funeral Home Chapel. Brother Marcus Guess and Sister Marci Gregg officiated. Interment followed in the New Prospect Cemetery.
Mr. O’Neal is survived by his wife, Dorothy O’Neal; his daughters, Tracey (Wally) Johnson, Stacey (Chuck) Bryant, Donna (Ken) Blevins, Rhonda Scott Phillips, and special daughter, Tiffany (Todd) Willmon Hughes; son, Casey (Teresa) O’Neal, and Freddy (Kristy) Blansett; grandchildren, Hannah (Matt) Murphree, Jack Bryant, Cassidy Bryant, Rebecca (Ryan) McKendrick, McKenna Blevins, Olivia Blansett, and Lauren (Cody) Blevins, Dylan (Paige) Scott, Tara Hale; 13 great grandkids; and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. O’Neal was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Willmon O’Neal; his parents, Manuel and Maggie O’Neal; sisters, Mandy Johnson, and Ernnie Ward; and brothers, Mark O’Neal and Emmett O’Neal.
