Just before their jury trials were to begin, two have pleaded guilty in the Jackson County Circuit Court.
Colby Jordan McGill pleaded guilty to Assault With Bodily Fluids and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor. He will serve two 12 month sentences consecutively (two years). McGill will serve out his sentence in the Alabama Department of Corrections.

Dennis Ray Hicks pleaded guilty to Sexual Abuse in the 1st, which is a Class C Felony and is now registered as a sex offender. Hicks will serve out his sentence in the Alabama Department of Corrections.
